Meetings

The AYR Board and Board-In-Training meet every second Sunday at 2pm PT | 5pm ET over Zoom. AYR Board-In-Training leaders train alongside current AYR Board members for a year to prepare them for full Board roles the following year. AYR BITs will be announced in Summer 2025! See our work here!

AYR all-member meetings are held on the third or fourth Thursday of every month at 6pm PT | 9pm ET. We organize over Slack, virtual meetings, and through our monthly all-member newsletter.

AYR Committee Leads join our Monthly All-Member meetings and others depending on our project timelines: social media, art, writing, mini-lessons, action corner, legislative action, membership, and middle-school leads.
