It’s important for me to learn as much as I can about diversity because I am part of a diverse community at my school. My class and friends are made up of so many races so it’s my responsibility to learn and live my life with respect and understanding of all people. It’s also important for everyone to have an equal education.

Accepting various and different cultures, colors, prospects and understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences.

Diversity means learning about the history that people of color made.

Learning about diversity is important to me because of many reasons, such as that most U.S citizens immigrated here from other countries. The U.S’s history is just all about the diversity. Personally, I am Chinese, living here and having so much people who share the same heritage as me, really makes me feel more that I belong. Diversity also means a lot to my education, it is what I love to learn about. It is what I like about the U.S. It makes me well rounded by letting me know about more cultures and respect them.

Learning about diversity means to me to understand and appreciate different personalities, and different points of view of the world.

Diversity means global, we all connected.
