Earlier this week, the White House and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (WHIAANHPI) organized a big celebration of AANHPI heritage month and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of WHIAANHPI. There were leaders from five presidential administrations coming together to commemorate this milestone and reflect on the progress made by AANHPI communities over the past quarter-century.
