Max and Mina attended the White House AANHPI regional pot-luck on May 13th. The network had representatives from the following groups: AAPI Youth Rising; Bayanihan Community Center; Bishop (Bill Sorro Housing Program); Canon Kip Senior Center; the City of Fremont; HomeKey PH; Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA-APA Advocates); Pacific Community Development; Philippine Consulate General; Sage Strategies; SALT; and SFCAUSE.
We also got to meet the co-leads for the White House Initiative on AANHPI for Region 9 Nor Cal.
