On September 6, Mina was honored to speak alongside former Acting Secretary Julie Su, Steven Kan (Other Bets, Alphabet), Andrew Chau (Boba Guys), and Abigail Hing Wen (Author, Filmmaker) on the Opening Panel moderated by Caroline Pan for “Roots and Wings,” a symposium bringing together the AANHPI community with youth. We spoke about our paths and shared advice with a room filled with hundreds of youth, families and community members.
Afterwards Mina joined another break-out panel with author Eddie Ahn. AYR board member Mia Fung moderated a panel about art. We also saw in-coming board lead Callie de Smet who traveled from Virginia to attend. Thank you so much 1990 for an inspirational day!
